In order to provide the best possible care we require everyone adhere to our policies. 

Please Read the following before booking:

• All pets that are boarded should be current on their vaccinations, heartworm, and flea preventive, and be in good health. 
• Weekend pick ups are by appointment only (9am, 1pm, or 5pm)
• 2 night minimum for weekends
• Rabies, canine distemper, and upper respiratory ("kennel cough") vaccines are required. 
• Any pickups after 2 will be another night charge.
• Proof of vaccinations (paperwork; tags will not be accepted) from a licensed veterinarian must be provided prior to boarding.
• All check-in paperwork must be completed prior to boarding 
• Staff  must be made known of all medications, medical and behavioral issues.
• We do not accept pets with severe medical conditions. We do not administer injection medications 
• Any cancellations made in less than 24 hrs prior to your drop off time will be subject to a $45 cancelation fee
